Return And Refund Policy
Returns
At Himalko Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, we’ll process your refund, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at himalkotea@gmail.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at himalkotea@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll send you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
