This tea comes from the same gardens as our other teas, on slopes between 3,000 and 7,000 feet in eastern Nepal — but only the very youngest buds make it into this one. Everything else stays on the bush.
Every bud here is still hand-picked, the way it's been done on these hillsides for generations, by farming families Himalko buys directly from. No brokers stacked in between, no blending in leaf from elsewhere to stretch a batch.
No rolling, no oxidizing, no firing — white tea skips almost every step that shapes other teas.

Most white tea sits for days before drying, losing freshness along the way. Ours is dried within a day or two of picking.
Every batch comes from the same hillside gardens — no blending in filler leaf from elsewhere to bulk up the box.
We use only the first-flush buds, not the coarser later leaves that bulk out cheaper white tea blends.
This is the real tube — mountain-line logo, a hand-drawn tea shoot on the front, and the full brew guide (hot, iced, and cold-brew instructions) printed right on the back, so you're never digging through a drawer for a card you lost.
No shrink-wrap, no plastic tin, no printed inserts to throw away separately. Just one recyclable tube, front to back.
A thin foil liner sits inside the tube itself — isolating the leaf from outside air and moisture — so the outer packaging can stay simple cardboard without the tea losing freshness.
So far, every cup has been vibrant in color, rich in flavor, and delightfully aromatic. Even after a second brew! I can't wait to try more blends.

This one is delicious. Besides being high in antioxidants (due to a low level of processing), this tea is also very tasty. White tea is known to help reduce the risk of heart disease, combat skin aging, and even help with weight loss. Additionally, the tea is low in caffeine. I am drinking the white tea hot and cold, and I enjoy it very much.
