Real Black Tea, Real Chai Flavor

Most masala chai on grocery shelves is built from artificial spice flavoring sprayed onto low-grade dust. Ours starts with real CTC black tea — a stronger, faster-brewing cut specifically suited to standing up to milk and spice — grown in Nepal on gardens between 3,000 and 7,000 feet, blended with ten whole spices, not extracts.

That means real black pepper, real cardamom pods, real cinnamon bark — not a flavor designed to taste like them.

WHY THIS TEA

Why buy this over the grocery-store box?

1

Real CTC tea, not dust

CTC is a real, distinct style of black tea — cut small on purpose so it brews fast and strong enough to hold up to milk and spice. Not the unnamed low-grade dust most bagged chai is built from.

2

Whole spices, not extracts

Actual cardamom pods, cinnamon bark, and clove — not a flavoring oil sprayed onto plain tea dust.

3

Single-origin tea base

The tea itself comes from the same hillside gardens as the rest of our lineup — no blending in filler leaf from elsewhere.

4

Balanced by hand

Ten spices is easy to get wrong — too much clove or cinnamon overwhelms everything else. Our ratio is tested by hand, not just scaled up from a formula.

FOIL-LINED INTERIOR

What actually shows up at your door

This is the real tube — mountain-line logo, a hand-drawn tea shoot on the front, and the full brew guide (hot, iced, and cold-brew instructions) printed right on the back, so you're never digging through a drawer for a card you lost.

No shrink-wrap, no plastic tin, no printed inserts to throw away separately. Just one recyclable tube, front to back.

A thin foil liner sits inside the tube itself — isolating the tea and spices from outside air and moisture — so the outer packaging can stay simple cardboard without the tea losing freshness.
